Dr. Daniel Frenkel received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from New York University. He completed training in internal medicine at New York University School of Medicine followed by a fellowship in cardiology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Subsequently, he received subspecialty training in cardiac electrophysiology at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Frenkel is board certified in cardiac electrophysiology and cardiology. He has been an attending electrophysiologist in the Department of Cardiology at Westchester Medical Center since 2016 and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College. He is a fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Frenkel has co-authored scholarly and peer-reviewed publications in several journals.
When Dr. Frenkel is not taking care of his patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing tennis.
