• Infants (3-11 months) 14-15 hours
• Toddlers (12-35 months) 12-14 hours
• Preschoolers (3-5 years) 12-13 hours
• Kindergarteners (6 years) 12-13 hours
• School-aged (grades 1-5) 10-11 hours
• Teenagers 9.25 hours
